Our Jury Box Software has become the standard Jury Selection Solution for Clerks across North Carolina. This simple, easy to use program randomly selects jurors from your two year pool in a few minutes by just answering a few questions. You enter the number of jurors needed with the court date and the panel number. The program prompts or asks whether you wish to use the deferred jurors for this court date. You enter whether this is Superior or District Court and whether the court session is Civil or Criminal. The system then randomly selects the jury based on your entries in just a few mintutes. Then all you have to do is print your choice of work sheets, labels, and summons forms. Grand Jury management is an integral part of jury pool management and one of the simplest of tasks within our system. Once Grand Jurors are selected, the system knows when they come off and automatically prints them on Grand Jurty worksheets, labels, and special letters. Jury Commission is now inculded as a special combination for the automatic loading of DMV and Voter Registration Files.
